I've got to get pictures from Jamie- I took my camera but was too busy scrapping or talking or eating (something!) to take any pictures and remembered once most everyone had gone home. Anyway, we had a great time at my friend Carolyn's house- she has the most awesome scrap space!! We used to scrap at Hobby Lobby but now we scrap at her house and there is just as much space, it's arranged so we can all see each other and what we are working on, and we aren't tempted to spend money every week so that's a definite bonus! ;) oh, and did I mention she feeds us too?! LOL! gotta love her! ;)
ok, back to the crop. we got together Friday night at 6 and scrapped through all the bad storms in the area until around 11, some stayed later. We met back up Saturday morning and scrapped the day away. We had good food, fellowship and got some scrapping done too so it was a great weekend! There were 9 of us and we had a blast and I got 39 pages done to boot so as my boys say "Mommy's a happy gurl!"
thanks to Carolyn for once again being the best Hostess! And to whomever it was that turned Scrapbooking into an annual holiday- GENIUS!!! What a great excuse to get together and scrap, talk and eat, and of course we have to do it because it's a holiday after all! ;)
