I did a class at the Christian County Extention office today and it was a lot of fun! I had a total of 27 students and we did a lecture and a hands on class where we made a two page Christmas layout. I am having problems with my voice with all the things that are blooming right now so thank goodness my good friends Elaine and Diana were able to help me out! I couldn't have made it through the hour long lecture class without Elaine's help and Diana was a great help in the hands on class.
Elaine and I had fun using my first scrapbook as a what not to do reference! It was fun watching the ladies who had never scrapped before be so excited about making pages- some even brought pictures with them and went home with completed pages.
They told me there were great reviews for both classes and they had requests for monthly classes so I'm hoping we'll be able to get a monthly group going in the Hopkinsville area.
I have a group meeting in Clarksville tomorrow night and we're doing a Summer themed layout so I'm covering several seasons in a short amount of time! :) Happy Scrappin' Marla
